Also included in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
